House Guidelines — thank you for helping us keep the apartment lovely for everyone

For everyone’s comfort and cleanliness, the apartment is non-smoking and not suitable for pets, with the exception of registered service animals such as guide dogs.

Please treat the apartment and everything in it with care, just as you would your own home.

We would be grateful if recycling could be separated and placed in the correct bins – which are located outside. Please leave any glass bottles inside the apartment and your host will ensure they are disposed of correctly at the recycling bins at Ruby Bay Elie.

To help protect the bedding, please shower off sunscreen before going to bed.

Kindly remove make up before using the towels so they stay fresh and welcoming for all guests.

Fake tan products are not permitted inside the apartment as they can permanently stain surfaces.

As this is a residential building, we observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

The main door can catch the wind, so please close it gently.

If anything is not quite right during your stay, please contact your host straight away. Help is always nearby and we are more than happy to assist.
